When the dog days of summer get too hot, food can seem totally unappealing. Let’s get some incredible nutrients in your body with a protein-packed smoothie! 

Here is my go-to smoothie recipe:

🥤In a blender add:

2 cups frozen fruit (I love a berry blend or pineapple-mango)
1 fresh banana
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop doTERRA Greens
1 scoop doTERRA Protein of Choice
1 - 1 ½ cups milk of choice

Blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
