Excessive IP addresses
Our system has observed an abnormally high number of location IP addresses being used with your account. While this can normally occur under some circumstances, it is more often a sign of abuse of our One Drop User Terms.
If you are using login credentials shared to you by someone - or if you have shared your login with anyone else: you must stop immediately. Not only is this behavior unethical and bad business, it is stealing from the Contributors that create the items being downloaded. Further evidence of abuse will result in penalty up to and including termination of account without refund, and legal action for copyright violations. Please do the right thing.
Our system has automatically locked your account as a security precaution in the event that your login credentials were compromised. To release the lock, please contact One Drop Support with clarification on how your usage has been legitimate across this range of different locations and devices.
