Item Description
Imagine how exciting these would be at your next BBQ or Team party.
1-bag chocolate or white chocolate chips
Rice Crispy Treats
2-5 drops Lime essential oil*
*Swap out the oils or toppings to match your theme. Some other favorite oils to use are Lemon, Wild Orange, Lavender, Peppermint and OnGuard in white, milk or dark chocolate.
Desired toppings
-crushed cookies
-citrus zest
-coconut flakes
- crushed graham crackers
-crushed candy
-sprinkles
Add white chocolate to double boiler and heat until melted. (You can also add to a microwave safe bowl and heat 15 seconds at a time until melted)
Add 1-4 drops DōTERRA Lime essential oil until flavor is adequate. I added 4 of the Lime EO
Spicy or warm oils only need 1-2 drops the citrus oils could need up to 4 or more. Start with the lowest amount and add more until the desired flavor is reached.
Dip or drizzle with the chocolate and sprinkle with desired toppings, and place on wax paper to cool.
We had fun and added craft sticks to the crispy treats or I cut them into their own sticks for easy eating and holding for the kids.
