Pick one thing you want to focus on. Stick to it for two to three weeks and document how you feel before adding in the next thing. This helps you tune into what your body is responding to. When you incorporate a lot of changes all at once, you can’t focus on what is and what isn’t working for you and your body specifically.
Remember, biohacking is making fine adjustments over time that change your body chemistry.
