Item Description

Stress less, sip more! This Strawberry, Lime & Lavender Infused Water is the perfect blend of sweet, tart, and calming

Orange, Celery & Cinnamon Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 drop of lavender essential oil
  • 8 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Slice the strawberries.

  2. Slice the lime.

  3. Place the strawberry slices, lime slices, and lavender essential oil in a glass jar.

  4. Add the water, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

  5. Strain the infused water.

  6. Consume within 24 hours.

Tips:

  • For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of strawberries, lime, or lavender essential oil.

  • You can add other fruits and herbs to your liking, such as cucumber or mint.

  • Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated and get your vitamins and minerals.

  • It's a refreshing and thirst-quenching drink, perfect for any time of day.
