💧 10 drops Frankincense
💧 6 drops Serenity®
💧 10 drops Bergamot
💧 2 drops Rose or 5 drops from a Rose touch
Top with carrier oil, apply over your heart and solar plexus (upper abdomen) to utilize the high vibrations of these oils in your practice.
