Bedtime can either be the biggest blessing for parents, or the biggest pain the buns to be honest.
If your little one seems to fight you every single night, it’s probably time to get your routine down–and YES! Oils can help you with that.
💤 This might be the hardest for some, no tablets, TV, or screens 1-2 hours before bed. The blue light is known for wreaking havoc on your brain and keeping you awake. You can only imagine how stimulating it can be before kids.
💤 Start by putting your favorite diffuser blend on in their room 30 minutes prior to bedtime so that it has plenty of time to create a calming environment (I love Serenity and Cedarwood).
💤 Next, in their bath add a cup of Epsom Salts with 2 drops Frankincense or Balance (helps with grounding) and 2-4 drops of your favorite sleep oil (Lavender, Serenity, Cedarwood, etc).
💤 Mist a sleep spray or add a drop of sleep oil to their pillow. Roll Balance on the bottoms of their feet. Read your bedtime story in a slow, monotone voice, and watch your babe drift off to slumberland.
