In a 10 mL roller bottle combine:

• 8 drops Clary Sage

• 5 drops Cedarwood

• 3 drops Thyme

• 3 drops Frankincense

• 2 drops Lavender

• 1 drop Lime
  Top with carrier oil and apply to your wrists and inside of your elbow creases.
