Rise and shine! ☀️ It’s been a fun summer of sleeping in and maybe hitting the snooze but it’s time to wake up refreshed and ready to roll! We don’t want to be late! (Missing the bus and hitting the drop-off line is NOT my favorite thing to do in the morning)
👉 In a 10 mL roller bottle combine:
10 drops Peppermint
10 drops Wild Orange
Top with a carrier oil, roll in palms, and inhale deeply
👉 Another eye-opening favorite is the combination of:
8 drops Spearmint
8 drops Tangerine
8 drops Lime
Top with a carrier oil, roll in palms, and inhale deeply
🏅 Pro tip: Keep your Peppermint and Wild Orange on your nightstand or near the diffuser in the kitchen (or wherever you gather in the morning before all heading off for the day).
