Spa day in a glass! This Pineapple, Cucumber & Lemon Infused Water is packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and detoxifying properties. Perfect for a healthy and refreshing boost!

Pineapple, Cucumber & Lemon Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 drop of lemon essential oil
  • 8 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Peel and cut the pineapple into chunks.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the cucumber.
  3. Place the pineapple chunks, cucumber slices, and lemon essential oil in a glass jar.
  4. Add the water and stir.
  5. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  6. Strain the infused water.
  7. Consume within 24 hours.

Tips:

  • For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of pineapple, cucumber, or lemon essential oil.
  • You can also use frozen pineapple chunks for this recipe.
  • Sweeten to taste with stevia leaves, honey, or maple syrup, if desired.
  • Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated and get your vitamins and minerals.
  • It's a refreshing and thirst-quenching drink, perfect for any time of day.
