Beat the heat with a taste of summer! This Peach & Peppermint Infused Water is packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and a touch of mint for a refreshing boost

Peach & Peppermint Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 drop of peppermint essential oil
  • 8 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Peel and thinly slice the peaches.

  2. Place the peach slices and peppermint essential oil in a glass jar.

  3. Add the water and stir.

  4. Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours.

  5. Strain the infused water.

  6. Consume within 24 hours.

Tips:

  • For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of peaches or peppermint essential oil.

  • You can also use frozen peaches for this recipe.

  • Sweeten to taste with stevia leaves, honey, or maple syrup, if desired.

  • Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated and get your vitamins and minerals.
