Orange, Celery & Cinnamon Infused Water
Ingredients:
- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 1 drop of cinnamon bark essential oil
- 8 cups of water
Instructions:
Peel and slice the oranges.
Chop the celery into small pieces.
Place the orange slices, celery pieces, and cinnamon bark essential oil in a glass jar.
Add the water, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Strain the infused water.
Consume within 24 hours.
Tips:
