🌛Deep Sleep
5 drops Lavender
5 drops Cedarwood
2 drops Vetiver
🌚 Sweet Dreams
3 drops Roman Chamomile
3 drops Sandalwood
3 drops Peace®
In a 10 mL roller add oils and then top with a carrier oil. Roll along the spine or the base of the neck and bottoms of the feet.
👶 Have an infant? Use 1 drop each and top with your carrier oil.
