Stay in the sun a bit too long without a sunscreen refresh? When a burn is particularly sore (or sun blisters occur), a soothing oatmeal bath can soothe and support tender skin. 

In a bowl mix:

💧 1 cup of oatmeal
💧 5 drops frankincense
💧 5 drops lavender
💧 5 drops copaiba

Add to lukewarm bathwater (you do NOT want this to be hot), allow the oatmeal and oil mixture to bloom. Soak 10-15 minutes and allow the colloidal properties of the oatmeal to soothe the skin and essential oils to support discomfort and inflammation. Follow up with doTERRA’s Spa Hand & Body Lotion.
