Recently on a Presidential Roundtable call with amazing leaders there was a heart lifting discussion about what to do when leaders drop off. When life's circumstances causes them to stop doing the business, often impacting our forward momentum.
One thing was clear. We can support leaders but we have no control over another's actions, and therefore we can't be burdened by dragging these builders behind us. Instead we can focus on our actions that move our business forward, and we need to keep doing what we do - enroll customers, who may become future builders.

It's by doing the work that others will be inspired by our actions and how we show up in our most beautiful energy!
