Citrus sunshine meets warming ginger! ✨ This mandarin ginger infused water is perfect for a mood boost and healthy hydration. Plus, a drop of Ginger essential oil adds a touch of digestive support.

Ingredients:

  • 3 mandarins
  • 1 drop of ginger essential oil
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 8 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Peel and cut the mandarins into small pieces.
  2. Place the ingredients in a glass container.
  3. Add the water and ginger essential oil, mix, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  4. Strain the infused water.
  5. Consume within 24 hours.

Tips:

  • For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of ginger essential oil.
  • You can add other essential oils to your liking, such as lemon or lime.
  • Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated and get your vitamins and minerals.
