I wish I had more focus.

Top oils for focus:

intune: Carry in your pocket, and roll a small amount on back of neck as needed for focus. 

frankincense: Apply a drop of each to back of neck, spine and bottoms of feet 3x daily.

thinker: Apply to pulse points, or inhale from cupped hands.

wild orange: Inhale 1-2 drops from cupped hands, or diffuse.

spearmint: Drink 1-2 drops in water or in a capsule. Inhale 1-2 drops from cupped hands, or diffuse.

motivate: Inhale 1-2 drops from cupped hands, or diffuse. Wear on pulse points.

rosemary: Inhale from cupped hands as needed or diffuse.
