Who out there is going through that dreaded “change”? It doesn’t have to be that bad, especially when you have a little help from your essential oils.
In a 10 mL roller add:
💧 10 drops Clary Sage
💧 10 drops Geranium
💧 5 drops Lemon
💧 2 drops Peppermint
Top with carrier oil.
You can also whip this blend up in a spray bottle and top with water with a misting cool down effect.
