Item Description

See my collection of portrait size graphics here.

Once called a forbidden fruit and one of the seven wonders of Barbados, grapefruit was first documented in 1750 by Welsh Reverend Griffith Hughes. The name grapefruit comes from the grape-like cluster in which the fruit grows.

Known for its energizing and invigorating aroma, CPTG Certified Pure Tested Grade® Grapefruit essential oil creates an uplifting environment when diffused or applied topically. Grapefruit oil is also renowned for its cleansing and purifying properties and is frequently used in skincare for its ability to promote clear, healthy-looking skin.

Grapefruit essential oil may also support a healthy metabolism when used internally thanks to its high limonene content, based on preliminary research.*
