I know, I know… talking about supplements can be a bit of a bore, but keeping our kids healthy is one of our biggest priorities in these upcoming winter months.
One of the best ways we can do that is to make sure they are receiving proper amount of all the essential vitamins and nutrients their growing bodies need! Fortunately for us, dōTERRA has a line of supplements made with the kiddos in mind.
a2z Chewables are naturally Watermelon flavored chewable vitamins containing a balanced blend of vitamins including the antioxidant vitamins A, C, and E as well as a cellular energy complex of B vitamins. They also include a blend of bioavailable minerals including calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper and manganese.
*Children 4 and above take 2 tablets daily with meals. Adults may take up to 3 tablets per day.
IQ Mega is a dōTERRA Wild Orange infused omega-3 supplement that provides 1,300 mg of concentrated omega-3 fatty acids per serving. IQ Mega provides the essential nutrients DHA and EPA which support a healthy brain, cardiovascular, immune systems as well as joint function. It is also meant to be taken daily in conjunction with the a2z Chewable tablets.
*Take 1 teaspoon per day. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 100 days. Store away from direct heat and light and also keep the bottle tightly closed to preserve freshness.
PB Assist Jr. (one of my absolute favorites, I take this too) is a delicious powdered probiotic supplement that is great for children or adults who have difficulty swallowing pills. PB Assist Jr. includes 5 billion live cells of a blend of six different probiotic strains that are specifically chosen for their benefits in children.
*One sachet should be consumed per day. You can pour the contents into the mouth directly or mix with 4 oz of water or juice and drink immediately. It can also be mixed in yogurt, smoothies or breakfast cereal. Do not mix with hot water.
