After a long day, your tired feet deserve some pampering. Treat yourself to a DIY Refreshing Foot Soak infused with the power of essential oils. 

You'll need:

🌿 1/2 cup Epsom salt
🌿 1/4 cup sea salt
🌿 3 drops of Peppermint
🌿 3 drops of Lavender
🌿 1 drop of Tea Tree
A large bowl or basin
Warm water

Instructions

✔️ Fill a basin with warm water.
✔️ Add 1/2 cup Epsom salt and 1/4 cup sea salt; stir to dissolve.
✔️ Drop in 3 drops each of Peppermint and Lavender essential oils and 1 drop of Tea Tree oil.
✔️ Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes.
✔️ Relax, breathe, and let the soothing aroma melt stress away.
✔️ Pat feet dry and enjoy refreshed feet.
