We may be headed into summer but it is always important to keep our immune systems built up! I like to beef up my immune game especially when traveling. My go-to plan is what I like to refer to as my F.L.O.O.T. roller.
✅ In a 10 ml roller combine:
10 drops Frankincense
10 drops Lemon
10 drops OnGuard
5 drops Oregano
10 drops Tea Tree
Top with Fractionated Coconut Oil and roll apply daily to bottoms of feet to stay protected and as needed if coming down with something.
*Possible sun sensitivity. Take caution in UV rays.
