What you will need: 1 cup dark chocolate chips, 1 cup turbinado sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, 2/3 cup dark cocoa powder, 1/2 cup whole milk powder, Peppermint essential oil, 5 gift bags, 5 spoons, 5 mugs, and 5 two ml sample vials
Place the chocolate, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, and milk powder in a food processor. Chop/mix for about 10 seconds until all mixed together. Place about 1/2 cup of the mix into each of the gift bags and attach a spoon with a twist tie to close. Place the bag in the mug. Add about 10 drops of Peppermint to each of the sample vials and place in the mug as well. Include instructions if desired!
To use: Mix 4 tablespoons of gourmet cocoa powder with 8 oz of very hot water or milk of choice and 1 drop of Peppermint essential oil.
