Get your kids involved in making something together.

Room sprays are perfect for this - they're easy, fun, and teach kids how to create safer alternatives to store-bought products. Plus, they'll actually use what they make.

Try these combinations:

 - Monster Spray: Wild Orange and Balance 
 - Get the Wiggles Out: Adaptiv and Grapefruit 
 - Sweet Dreams: Serenity and Breathe

For each spray, use a 4oz bottle. Add 8-10 drops of each oil, mix in a tablespoon of witch hazel, then fill the rest with distilled water.
