Room sprays are perfect for this—easy, fun, and a sneaky way to teach them how to make safer alternatives to store-bought products. Bonus: they actually use what they create.
Try these kid-approved combos:
• Monster Spray: Wild Orange + Balance
• Get the Wiggles Out: Adaptiv + Grapefruit
• Sweet Dreams: Serenity + Breathe
How to make it:
Use a 4 oz spray bottle. Add 8–10 drops of each oil, mix in 1 tablespoon of witch hazel, then fill the rest with distilled water. Shake and spray!
