After a day in the sun, your skin deserves some extra love and care. Here's a safe, natural, and soothing After Sun recipe.

After Sun Soothing Spray

What you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup Aloe Vera Gel
  • 1/4 cup Fractionated Coconut Oil
  • 10 drops Lavender (known for its soothing properties and can help calm redness and irritation)
  • 5 drops Peppermint (provides a cooling sensation to relieve the heat from sunburns and refresh the skin)
  • 5 drops Frankincense (supports healthy skin and helps reduce the appearance of sun damage)
  • 8 oz Spray Bottle

How to make:

  1. Add the Aloe Vera Gel and Fractionated Coconut Oil in the spray bottle.
  2. Add the essential oils to the mixture.
  3. Stir to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Shake before each use.
  5. To use, spray onto sun-exposed skin.
