Say goodbye to your boring breakfast routine and say hello to this beautiful, colorful, flavorful parfait. Bursting with citrus flavor, this Blood Orange and Red Mandarin parfait with Red Mandarin essential oil will soon be your favorite part of the morning.
With only five ingredients—blood orange, yogurt, granola, chia seeds, and Red Mandarin oil—this is an easy, healthy way to start your day!
Ingredients
1 blood orange
2 cups yogurt
1/2 cup granola
2 tablespoon chia seeds
3-4 drops Red Mandarin Essential Oil
Other substitute oils: Wild Orange, Green Mandarin, Grapefruit, Tangerine.
Instructions
- Peel and slice blood oranges into halves.
- Mix 3-4 drops of Red Mandarin essential oil into yogurt.
- In two cups, place a layer of yogurt in each.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola and chia seeds in each cup.
- Add a second layer of yogurt in each cup.
- Top with granola, chia seeds, and blood oranges. Enjoy! (Serves 2).
