Berry good idea! This Berry & Lime Infused Water is a burst of flavor that will keep you cool and hydrated all day long

Berry & Lime Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of mixed berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
  • A few stevia leaves (optional)
  • 1 drop of lime essential oil
  • 8 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a glass jar.

  2. Add the water, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

  3. Strain the infused water.

  4. Consume within 24 hours.

Tips:

  • For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of berries or lime essential oil.

  • You can also use frozen berries for this recipe.

  • Sweeten to taste with stevia leaves, honey, or maple syrup, if desired.

  • Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated and get your vitamins and minerals.

  • It's a refreshing and thirst-quenching drink, perfect for any time of day.
