Banana, Spinach & Mint Infused Water
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced into chunks
- 1 tablespoon of spinach leaves
- 1 drop of peppermint essential oil
- 8 cups of water
Instructions:
Peel and slice the banana into chunks.
Place the banana chunks, spinach leaves, and peppermint essential oil in a glass jar.
Add the water, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Strain the infused water.
Consume within 24 hours.
Tips:
For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of banana or peppermint essential oil.
