AromaTouch® Hand Technique 🤍
Have you heard of the AromaTouch Hand Technique? It’s one of my favorite ways to share oils because it’s quick, simple, and creates a genuine moment of connection. You’re not just introducing essential oils—you’re offering the gift of human touch, which matters more than we often realize.
This technique is especially beautiful for older adults or anyone who doesn’t receive much physical contact day to day. It uses five gentle, intentional movements designed to encourage relaxation and help the body absorb the oils. The entire experience takes about 5–10 minutes, and while it’s easy to learn, the impact can be surprisingly powerful because of the connection it creates.
How it works:

Apply a small amount of carrier oil to the hands.

Add 1–2 drops of your chosen essential oil (I love Balance for this).

Use slow, intentional strokes across the palms, backs of the hands, and fingers.

Move with light pressure, focusing on calming, rhythmic motions.

Finish by gently holding the hands for a moment to ground and connect.
Simple. Soothing. Meaningful.
