It’s easy, smells amazing, skips the junk in store-bought versions, and you can add essential oils for a little aromatherapy while they play.
Simple Aromatherapy Play Dough Recipe:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup salt
• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon oil (coconut or vegetable)
• 5–10 drops essential oil of choice
• Optional: natural food coloring
Directions:

Add all ingredients to a saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the dough forms and pulls away from the sides.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Knead until smooth. Store in an airtight container.
Lavender for calm play, Wild Orange for happy vibes, or Peppermint for creative energy—let them choose!
