Aromatherapy Bath 🛁✨
You probably already add essential oils to your bath—but have you ever done the same for your kids?
It’s such an easy way to make bath time feel a little more special. Run a warm bath, add ½ cup Epsom salt, mix 1 teaspoon of carrier oil with 1–2 drops of Lavender or Serenity, and swirl it in. If you do this before bed, it’s a lovely way to help them unwind and settle in for the night.
