Cleanse and refresh with a twist! This Apple, Kiwi & Fennel Infused Water combines the sweetness of apple and kiwi with a subtle hint of fennel for a unique and healthy drink.

  1. Ingredients:

    • 1 apple, thinly sliced
    • 2 ripe kiwis, thinly sliced
    • 1 drop of fennel essential oil
    • 8 cups of water

    Instructions:

    1. Peel and thinly slice the apple and kiwis.

    2. Place the apple slices, kiwi slices, and fennel essential oil in a glass jar.

    3. Add the water, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

    4. Strain the infused water.

    5. Consume within 24 hours.

    Tips:

    • For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of apple, kiwi, or fennel essential oil.

    • You can add other fruits and herbs to your liking, such as cucumber or ginger.

    • Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated and get your vitamins and minerals.

    • It's a refreshing and thirst-quenching drink, perfect for any time of day.
