Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 kale leaves, torn into pieces
  • 1 drop of turmeric essential oil
  • 8 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Peel and thinly slice the apple.

  2. Tear the kale leaves into pieces.

  3. Place the apple slices, kale leaves, and turmeric essential oil in a glass jar.

  4. Add the water, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

  5. Strain the infused water.

  6. Consume within 24 hours.

Tips:

  • For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of apple, kale, or turmeric essential oil.

  • You can add other fruits and herbs to your liking, such as cucumber or ginger.

  • Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated and get your vitamins and minerals.
