Item Description

Sweet apple, vibrant carrot, and calming marjoram? Yes, please! This unique infused water is packed with vitamins and antioxidants, with a touch of marjoram for a delightful twist

Ingredients:

  • 1 large apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 drop of marjoram essential oil
  • 8 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Thinly slice the apple and carrots.

  2. Place the apple slices, carrot slices, and marjoram essential oil in a glass jar.

  3. Add the water, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

  4. Strain the infused water.

  5. Consume within 24 hours.

Tips:

  • For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of apple, carrots, or marjoram essential oil.

  • You can add other fruits and herbs to your liking, such as cucumber or ginger.
