Usually when we wake up we don’t decide how the day is going to go. Things happen…life happens. However, setting your intentions for the day can have an overall effect on how your day goes.
When you wake up, grab your journal and set your intentions for the day (mini goals, if you will).
For example:
♥️ “Today I will love and nourish my body.”
At the end of the day, intention has to do with how you want to think. If your goal is that you want to think about your body more positively, then set these intentions to choose a happier, better you in your thoughts.
