doTERRA included a Daily Tracker for every day of the Challenge.
This simple graphic makes it easy to share the checklist with your community on Facebook and Instagram.
Instagram/Facebook Stories:
- The blank image can be sent to your community (email, text, DM etc.) or it can be posted to your stories and your community can screenshot the blank image.
- Each day post to your stories with checkmarks beside the ones completed.
Instagram/Facebook Posts:
- The blank image can be posted in your community for them to save or sent through email, text, DM etc.
- Your community could post theirs each day.
- Alternatively, you can post once a day and have your community comment with how many they completed that day. This can create great conversation, engagement and encouragement for each other.
