Item Description

This Oatmeal protein Smoothie is filling and delicious.  You get protein, fiber and healthy fats, perfect for a healthy breakfast or a snack.


All you need is:
1/4 Oats
1 Small banana
1 cup Almond milk
1 scoop of dōTERRA vanilla protein
1 TBSP peanut butter
1/2 TSP cinnamon
1/2 TSP maple syrup or honey (optional)
Ice 


Instructions:
1.- Add oats to blender and pulse a few times until finely ground ( to avoid a gritty smoothie)
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. 
3. Enjoy the best smoothie ever!
