Can I Get A Refund on a Premium Item Purchase?

What you need to know about refund requests on Premium Item purchases

  • •   Our Premium Item refund policy was made to be transparent so your experience can be as smooth as possible.
  • •   A refund request should be sent to the Premium Item's Contributor first, and then to the One Drop Help Team to review.
  • •   If your refund request is declined by the Contributor and you disagree with their decision, you can raise a dispute to have our Help Team investigate the claim.

Before requesting a refund

  1. Read the Premium Item's description, installation guide, and documentation
  2. Contact the Contributor via the contact method defined in the Premium Item documentation (if the Premium Item is supported)
  3. Ensure the Premium Item is being used for its intended function and purpose (check the Premium Item description)
  4. Search our Help Center for the issue you are experiencing
  5. Review our One Drop Refund Rules to check if you are eligible for a refund

How to request a refund

Collect all relevant information about the item including a copy of the purchase receipt, a copy of the communication you’ve had with the Contributor with their response whether to grant or deny your refund, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Send all of this in a message from the email address registered with your One Drop account to: help.desk@onedropdesigns.com

We will review your request and respond as soon as we communicate with the Contributor to verify the information provided. Please allow up to 10 business days for a decision.

 

What if the purchased Premium Item is no longer available?

There are a number of different reasons why a Premium Item may be removed from One Drop and are therefore no longer available for download.

We recommend that you download and save an Premium Item as soon as you buy it, but if the Premium Item was removed before you had a chance to download it, refer to our One Drop Refund Rules to check if you’re eligible for a refund.
