Can’t find a previously downloaded Item

From time to time, an Item you've seen or previously downloaded on One Drop may no longer be available. Sometimes an Item may only be temporarily unavailable, other times it may have been permanently removed.

This can happen for a few reasons. It's important to understand that all Items available on One Drop are provided by independent Contributors from all around the world. These Contributors have the ultimate say on what they choose to publish to One Drop, and what they choose to remove. A Contributor may choose to remove an Item temporarily (for instance, so they can update it) or permanently (for instance, if it is deprecated.) The One Drop admins and dōTERRA Compliance teams can also remove Items for a range of reasons.

If you can't find an Item you'd like to download, we recommend checking back in a few days to see if it has been republished. However please understand there is no guarantee that this will happen, and we can't provide you with any additional information as to why an individual Item may be unavailable.

Per the User Terms and One Drop License, you can only download the Items you intend to use immediately, but we recommend that Subscribers keep an eye on the One Drop library as it is always growing and evolving.
