Ingredients
- 10 drops Cypress oil
- 8 drops Grapefruit oil
- 1x 115 mL bottle of Fractionated Coconut Oil
Supplies
- Fractionated Coconut Oil bottle pump
Instructions
1. Open your new bottle of Fractionated Coconut Oil and add Cypress and Grapefruit essential oils directly to the bottle.
2. Using a skewer, gently stir the mixture to blend the essential oils with the Fractionated Coconut Oil.
3. Put the Fractionated Coconut Oil bottle pump on the bottle. Use 1-2 pumps of the massage oil (as needed) in a soothing massage after a long day of work and a warm shower.
Add a few drops of calming essential oil to a spray bottle and mix with a few ounces of water. Use the spray bottle to spritz the mixture over your pillows and bedding before sleeping to create a restful environment.
