Item Description

Online Facebook Sample Event for Moms- UPDATED with Notes for Class Content!

The intention of this event is to focus on reaching moms who have been too busy to make it to classes. It is designed for you (or your team) to do live videos during the week of the event, and includes content notes and graphics to support the daily themes. It is outlined and planned for you, taking the guess-work out of what to do when. The samples for the event are Stress Blend for Mom, Tummy Blend, Earache Blend, PB Assist Jr, and a toothpaste sample. The goal is to teach about essential oils, supplements, and non-toxic products.

This Bundle Includes

Graphics for your Facebook event
Content Notes for what to talk about in the videos
Action Steps Checklists
Supply list with links
Sample Packets Guide
Inviting Sheet
Tracking Sheet
Event Outline of suggested posts within your event
Video Prep Notes Sheet
Blank Templates for you to customize

How the Event Works

This event will be put on within a Facebook “Event," but you could use it within a group if you prefer. It is designed to get samples into people’s hands, then educate with 10-15 minute videos for 5 days. There is an Event Guide for suggested posts and pre-made graphics, as well as suggested Notes for video content, but you (or your team) will be the ones recording the videos. It's possible to only do posts because there are graphics to review the video content, but videos usually make better connections. These can be live or pre-recorded. If you have a team, delegate days so they can help with videos. If you want to do all the videos, encourage your team or even current customers to pop in a video or comment with an oil testimony.

Planning

The Event Guide will take you through each step of planning the event. It’s also a good idea to allow 4 weeks to plan for and put on this event, but you can modify for your needs.

Week 1: Plan and invite
Week 2: Order supplies
Week 3: Make sample packets and deliver
Week 4: Oil Experience Event
