Item Description

Facebook Essential Oil Experience Sample Event
The intention of this event is to focus on reaching people who have been too busy or live too far away to make it to classes. It is designed for you (or your team) to do live videos during the week of the event, and includes graphics to support the daily themes. It is outlined and planned for you, taking the guess-work out of what to do when. The samples for the event are Lavender, Peppermint, Wild Orange, Balance, Deep Blue Rub sample, and an On Guard toothpaste sample. The goal is to teach about essential oils, non-toxic products, and what sets doTERRA apart as a company.

This Bundle Includes
Graphics for your Facebook event*
Notes for Video Content
Action Steps Checklists
Supply list with links
Sample Packets Guide
Inviting Sheet
Tracking Sheet
Event Outline for posts within your event
Sheet for Making Notes
Blank Templates for you to customize

*Graphics are supplied but you will write your content. It’s important that your Connections hear from you in your own voice!

How the Event Works
This event can be put on within a Facebook “Event" or "Group." You could do it on Instagram as well if the videos stay under 10 minutes (to save to IGTV). It is designed to get samples into people’s hands, then educate with 10-15 minute videos for 5 days. There is an Event Guide for suggested posts, graphics, and notes, but you (or your team) will be the ones recording the videos. These can be live or pre-recorded. If you have a team, delegate days so they can help with videos. If you want to do all the videos, encourage your team or even current customers to pop in a video or comment with an oil testimony.

Planning
The Event Guide will take you through each step of planning the event. It’s also a good idea to allow 4 weeks to plan for and put on this event, but you can modify for your needs.

Week 1: Plan and invite
Week 2: Order supplies
Week 3: Make sample packets and deliver
Week 4: Oil Experience Event

Rules for Sharing
Feel free to share these guides with your downline team to participate in the event with you. Do NOT share with other teams. Direct them to the One Drop site to purchase their own Oil Experience Kit.
